Canadian former opposition party leader Patrick Brown has expressed his admiration for PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s popularity among the Pakistani-Canadian community in Canada.
According to the details, Patrick Brown met Imran Khan at his Zaman Park residence. Leaders of PTI from Canada, Aamir Khan, Chaudhry Zafar, Ashfaq Ahmed, Mian Adnan and Mudassir Machana, and Senator Faisal Javed were also present.
Patrick Brown later shared his experience on social media, stating that he had a “very nice chat” with Khan about various topics, including politics, democracy, the rule of law, and of course, cricket.

Furthermore, the Canadian politician Patrick Brown acknowledged the fact Imran Khan would easily win again if elections were permitted, based on public opinion. He also noted that Imran Khan has a significant following in Brampton, a Canadian city with a large Pakistani population.
“I had a very nice chat with Imran Khan this evening about politics, democracy, the rule of law, and of course cricket. He served as the 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan and based on public opinion would easily win again if elections are permitted. I told him he has a big following in Brampton and Canada. At every Pakistani Canadian event, I hear about how the community is inspired by his resilience and his courage to continue to raise his voice despite assassination attempts,” Canadian politician Patrick Brown said.Â
Moreover, Patrick Brown also talked about cricket with Imran Khan while calling him a cricket legend. He also revealed to Imran Khan his efforts in promoting cricket in Canada.
