Nicole Iglesias, a 36-year-old woman from Chile, South America, embarked on a journey that led her to a small village in Charsadda, Pakistan, where she found love and a new life.
Nicole, known as Nikoli Anara Gulsalos, had connected with Ikramullah, a 27-year-old TikTok content creator from Bhusakhel village, on social media. Their virtual friendship blossomed rapidly, and despite the geographical divide, their bond grew stronger with each passing day.

In a momentous decision, Nicole embraced Islam, choosing the name Noreen as a symbol of her newfound faith. With their commitment to each other now sealed, the couple decided to formalize their love by marrying in a local court.
Their love story took a surprising twist when Noreen expressed her wish to bring Ikramullah with her to the United States, where she worked as a manager at an Apple store. Gratefully, Ikramullah had already been granted a US visa, and they planned to embark on a new chapter of their lives together.

Noreen struggled to adapt to the local languages in Charsadda, while Ikramullah was unfamiliar with Spanish, Noreen’s mother tongue. Resilient and resourceful, they used the power of technology, relying on Google Translate to communicate and share their thoughts and feelings.
