Cavit Cetin Nimra Khan

Turkish actor Cavit Cetin Guner, who was recently on a tour to Pakistan, thanked Pakistani actress Nimra Khan in an Instagram story last week.

Khan, in her Instagram story, had welcomed Guner to Pakistan. She posted his picture and wrote:  “Welcome to Pakistan.” Guner humbly replied to her Insta post and said “Thank you @nimrakhan_official”. The Ertugrul actor also added a victory emoji in his Instagram post.


Yesterday, Pakistani actress Armeena Khan said that she would love to meet Turkish actress Esra Bilgic of Ertgurul fame whenever she visits Pakistan. Armeena said she loves Esra Bilgic while hitting back at a social media troll. “Will meet Esra, I love her,” she said.

An internet user had commented that Turkish actor Guner, Dogan Alp from Dirilis Ertugrul, has returned to his homeland. A user dissed Armeena, saying, “is Esra your paternal cousin?.”

The Pakistani actress responded to the troll, saying, “Why is it aching you so much? Is she your paternal cousin?).”


Earlier, the actress had shown disinterest in meeting the Turkish actor Guner who was visiting Pakistan last week. A Twitter user had asked Armeena if she would meet him. She replied: “Umm, welcome to him, and may he have a great time with you his fans. But why would I do that? Mera rishtaydaar tow nahi hai? Begaani shaadi mein Abdulli dewaani? No offence to anyone.”

Ertugrul star had an engaging tour to Islamabad. Pictures of the actor riding a horse and meeting fans circulated on social media. Guner landed in Islamabad on 15th Sept. He kept his fans updated of his activities throughout his trip to Islamabad.

Guner received a warm welcome and was presented a bouquet from the hosts on Islamabad International Airport. The actor visited Blue World City and various tourist spots in the federal capital. He also met social personalities during his visit.
