Jemima Goldsmith has shared a series of photographs from her recent wedding to Irish-Australian financier Cameron O’Reilly, giving fans a glimpse into the private celebrations held earlier this month.

The 52-year-old award-winning screenwriter and producer married 62-year-old O’Reilly, the son of late Irish businessman, media tycoon and international rugby player Sir Anthony O’Reilly.

The couple had reportedly been dating for around a year after meeting through their work in films and documentaries.

Details of the wedding have largely remained private, although members of Goldsmith’s family have shared glimpses from the celebrations on social media.

Goldsmith’s sister-in-law Jemima Jones, who is married to her brother Ben Goldsmith, was among the first to announce the wedding publicly.

Jones shared a photograph of herself with Ben dressed for the occasion and celebrated the couple’s special day.

“Celebrating Jemima and Cameron’s wedding, with my favourite date, what a happy day!” she wrote alongside the photograph.

Goldsmith has now offered her own look at the celebrations by sharing photographs capturing some of the memorable moments from the wedding.

Goldsmith’s Second Marriage

The marriage marks a new chapter for Goldsmith, who was previously married to former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan.

Goldsmith and Khan married in 1995 and divorced in 2004 after nine years of marriage. They have two sons, Sulaiman and Kasim Khan.

Despite their separation more than two decades ago, Goldsmith has continued to maintain a connection with Pakistan and has remained publicly vocal about Khan’s situation.

Last month, she appealed to the British government to speak out over Khan’s imprisonment, describing the circumstances surrounding his detention as a “human-rights emergency.”

She also raised concerns about his health, isolation and access to his family.

Goldsmith has also appeared publicly alongside her two sons as they have continued speaking about their father.

She attended the Pakistan-England Test at Lord’s with Sulaiman and Kasim, where the two brothers continued their public campaign over Khan’s imprisonment.

Goldsmith also posted the hashtag #FreeImranKhan on social media as her sons stepped up their efforts to draw attention to their father’s situation.

Her continued interest in Pakistan has remained a notable part of her public life since her years living in the country with Khan.

Jemima’s Connection With Pakistan

Goldsmith has frequently spoken warmly about her experiences in Pakistan and the time she spent living there.

In an exclusive interview with Geo News three years ago, she discussed her memories of Zaman Park, Pakistani society and culture, and her affection for the country and its people.

Her connection to Pakistan has also influenced her work in film.

Goldsmith previously spoke about her ambition to create a movie that presented a different image of Pakistan to international audiences.

“I wanted to show the colourful, beautiful, joyful place that I knew when I was in Pakistan as opposed to the Pakistan we often see on the Western screens,” she said.

She explained that she wanted to challenge the way Pakistanis and Muslims are often portrayed in Western productions.

Film Project Celebrates Pakistan

Goldsmith’s project took the form of a romantic comedy set against the Pakistan she remembered from her years in the country.

The film featured Pakistani actress Sajal Ali alongside international stars including Shabana Azmi, Lily James, Emma Thompson and Shahzad Latif.

While Goldsmith has now entered a new chapter in her personal life with O’Reilly, her connection to Pakistan continues to remain an important part of her public identity and creative work.
