Senator Faisal Javed Khan had shared the images of PM Imran Khan on his official Twitter account. Javed posted another image that showed the son of PM Khan, Sulaiman Khan, accompanying him in the commentary box. The pictures were revived from the archives.

In his post-retirement days, Khan often appeared as the cricket commentator on Asian and British sports networks, including BBC Urdu and the Star TV Network. In 2004, when the Indian cricket team toured Pakistan after 14 years, he was a commentator on TEN Sport’s special live show, Straight Drive.
Meanwhile, besides retiring Khan had written opinion pieces on cricket for various British and Asia newspapers, especially regarding Pakistan’s national team. His contributions have been published in India’s Outlook magazine and Guardian, The Independent, and the Telegraph.
He has provided analysis for every cricket world cup since 1992 which included providing match summaries for the BBC during the 1999 World Cup.
