The Bollywood is set to produce Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s biopic while the release of the movie is anticipated to coincide with the general elections 2019 in India. The Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi will be essaying the role of Prime Minister Modi in the movie.
The first look of the film was revealed on January 7th, but as opposed to the expectation the Twitter burst and gave hilarious reactions to the first poster of the movie circulating on social media.

As the political atmosphere in India is charging up ahead of elections, the Bollywood is also set to add more drama into it. Biopic after biopic, movie titled Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the third biopic announced in this time period. Two other biopics on former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackery with respective names ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ and ‘Thackery’ are underway.

Vivek Oberoi had been away from the Hindi film screen; last appeared in Bank Chor in 2017, Oberoi is set to make his comeback on the big screen with the biopic. The Twitter has given a hilarious reaction to the first look of Vivek Oberoi as Narendra Modi in the movie. Vivek Oberoi away from Hindi cinema has been very active in the South Indian cinema and is one of the highest paid actors in Tamil film industry.

A lot of users stated that the man in the poster does not resemble either Narendra Modi or actor Vivek Oberoi and it might be a scam by the filmmakers.

The poster was launched by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Vivek Oberoi’s father and yesteryear actor Suresh Oberoi, director Omung Kumar and producer Sandip Singh along with Vivek Oberoi at an event in Mumbai on Monday. Omung Kumar has directed biopics like Sarabjit and Mary Kom. The upcoming biopic will major life events of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
