Shaheen Shah Afridi receives flak after namaz video goes viral

Cricketer Shaheen Shah Afridi is receiving flak on social media after his video of offering namaz at a service station on a motorway beside his car went viral on social media.

Netizens argued that while his intentions of praying might be pure and good, the viral video of him offering prayer is an expression of a public display of piety. Others argued that Shaheen Shah Afridi should have offered the prayer on the road while the mosque was just a few meters away.
