Recently, interesting rumors have taken root about former England Women’s Cricket Team captain Sarah Taylor and Pakistan fast bowler Shahnawaz Dhani. According to reports, Sara wanted to marry Pakistani bowler Shahnawaz.

Shahnawaz Dhani, a Pakistani cricketer, is also known for playing for Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League PSL 6 2021. The right-arm pacer rose to fame in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2020-21 season which resulted in his selection in Pakistan’s Test squad.

While netizens also got involved in this hot topic of discussion and drew all sorts of speculations, Sarah is yet to comment on her alleged statement, while Dahani has addressed the issue.

In a recent talk with the media, the young cricketer spoke about his recent link-up with the former England Cricketer and how the news has spread like wildfire.

While addressing the news he seemed to have fun making goofy comments.

When he was asked if Taylor has really proposed to him in person, he replied saying, “no, but one can only hope.”

When asked if he would give his accept Taylor’s proposal if asked, the 22-year-old said while laughing, “Yes, of course.”

However, it would now be interesting to hear what Sarah Taylor would say about the issue. It is worth mentioning that the cricketer announced her retirement from international cricket in 2019.

Shahnawaz Dahani finished the PSL tournament as the highest wicket-taker, having taken 20 wickets in 11 games. All praised him for his spectacular show, many fans and experts are backing him to become the next big thing in Pakistan’s cricket.
