WATCH: Rohit Sharma hugs Pakistani fan from behind metal fence

A video of the Pakistani fan expressing his views after meeting Rohit Sharma emerged online. In the video, the fan said he is Pakistani and belongs to Islamabad.

Listening to the requests of the Pakistani fans, he left his practice and came to meet them. A video of him meeting the Pakistani fans went viral on social media. Indian skipper gave autographs and clicked pictures with the fans from the other side of the metal fence.

A said he wants to hug Sharma; the cricketer hugged the fan with the metal fence in between. The video of the cricketer interacting with Pakistani fans has been circulating on social media.

He likes the cricket and class of Rohit Sharma. The fan added that his dream of meeting Rohit Sharma came true. He expressed his utmost love and admiration for the cricketer and wished him good luck for his future. The fans also sent prayers Rohit Sharma’s way.

He said he wants to play the classy batting of Rohit Sharma throughout his life. He was asked if he is not supporting the Pakistani team. The fan said his loyalties are with the Pakistani team; he admires Rohit Sharma as a cricket fan.

Earlier, another Pakistani reached on to meet Virat Kohli. Just after finishing his training, the 33-year-old was going inside the team bus a fan from Pakistan tried to meet him. Being the superstar that he is, Kohli took his time out to oblige them. The video shows security officials tried to stop. Initially, Kohli kept on walking before finally coming back to give the fan a moment to cherish.

The video was posted on social media by a local Pakistani Youtube channel where Kohli was spotted with some other fans as well.

The fan, who is identified as Mohammed Zibran, told pak.tv: “I am a die-hard fan of Virat Kohli, for whom I have come from Pakistan hoping to get a picture with him. I waited for an entire month for this. The moment he finished his practice and was about to go back to his hotel, I tried a lot. He is an amazing person besides being a fabulous cricketer.”
