Which Proton Saga is better?

Al-Haj Motors has recently launched the three variants of Proton Saga in Pakistan; Standard MT, Standard AT, and Ace AT.

The models come with unique exterior and interior designs that make them distinct from each other.

The variants of Proton Saga have been launched with a 1299cc engine producing 91hp and 120Nm torque. The only difference in the transmission is between manual and auto transmission as the Standard models are offered in both the Manual (5-speed) and Auto Transmission (4-speed), while, the variant Ace AT comes in Auto Transmission (4-speed) only.

Furthermore, the models come with distinct exterior designs. The Standard MT and Standard AT have 14- inch Steel Rims, while Ace MT has 15-inch Alloy Wheels. Moreover, all three variants of Proton Saga are incorporated with Halogen headlights with a distinction of LED lights in the Ace variant. However, Standard variants do not have DRLs. Likewise, all the variants have Power Windows, Electric Door Mirrors, LED Turn, and Key Less Entry along with Remote Trunk.

In addition to the powerful and distinct exterior, the models also have exquisite interior designs. All the variants have Hydraulic Power Steering and Proton Ace AT Saga is also featured with Multi-Media Steering which is absent in Standard variants. Similarly, Ace AT also known as the SAGA Premium is offered a 7-inch touch screen, while the rest of the two variants come with Standard Audio System.

The company has incorporated Power Steering Tilt, Driver Seat Height, and Eco-Drive Assist in all three variants. However, Ace AT has an edge in Smart Phone Connectivity and Steering Wheel Switches for Phones as additional features.

Additionally, the company has also offered Dual Airbags, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, Rear Parking Sensors, and Immobilizer in all three variants. The model Ace AT comes with additional safety features including Hill Assist, Electric Stability Control, Traction Control System, Front Parking Sensors, and Reverse Camera which are absent in both the Standard variants.

Conclusively, the price of Standard MT is Rs. 1,975,000, and the model Standard AT will cost Rs. 2,125, 000. Lastly, the variant Ace AT will have a price of Rs. 2,225,000.
