Young CSS officer Bilal Pasha allegedly commits suicide after shooting himself at his residence.
He was currently posted as the Chief Executive Officer of the Bannu Cantonment. Pasha committed suicide on Monday.
Police informed that they reached the residence of Bilal Pasha after receiving the information of the incident. Upon reaching his residence, they saw him lying in blood.
Soon after the body was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital, Bannu. The SHO of the Cantonment Police Station said that they had registered the incident and had initiated the inquiry into the case to ascertain if he committed suicide or if somebody killed him.

As per the initial report, a bullet wound was found in his head. The funeral prayer was held in the cantonment board. Later his body was sent to his hometown Khanewal.
Soon after the incident, condolences started to pour on social media. A few of his friends and colleagues stated that he was suffering from severe mental depression and issues in his personal and professional life.
The alleged screenshot of his WhatsApp chat expressing sorrow and anguish is circulating on social media.
Bilal Pasha belonged to a humble background. Struggling with financial hardships, he completed his primary education at a mosque-established school. Pasha then completed his intermediate from Multan. He completed his higher education in Faisalabad, from where he secured a degree in agriculture.
Later he secured 47th position in the CSS examinations. He also had an online presence. On his Instagram account, he had 37k followers. Pasha regularly interacted with his followers online, sometimes sharing study tips and daily updates on his life.
In his posts, he encouraged people to live a happy and healthy life. Pasha urged his followers to remain positive and avoid negativity.
