Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur, Bollywood’s much-talked-about rumored couple, have reportedly ended their relationship. Despite never officially confirming their romance, their numerous public appearances and leaked vacation photos fueled speculation.
Recent rumors circulating on the internet strongly suggested a breakup, and the latest report seems to confirm this. According to a Bombay Times article, Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur, who were together for nearly two years, called it quits about a month ago. Their split has allegedly surprised their close circle of friends.

A mutual friend disclosed to the publication, “They ended their relationship around a month ago. Things seemed to be going smoothly, so the breakup came as a shock to all of us. They remain on good terms with each other. Ananya is focusing on moving forward; naturally, there’s some pain involved. She’s been spending time with her new pet. Aditya, too, is handling the situation with maturity.”
It’s noteworthy to mention that during her appearance as a guest on Karan Johar’s talk show, “Koffee With Karan 8,” last year, Ananya Panday playfully referred to herself as “Ananya Coy Kapur” when asked about her relationship status.

Similarly, when Karan Johar questioned Aditya Roy Kapur about the rumored relationship with Ananya Panday, he responded with a witty remark, saying, “You see, Karan, you said on your show – ask me no secrets and I’ll tell you no lies.” Karan then referenced Ananya’s comment, to which Aditya replied, “And I am Aditya Joy Kapur, as of now.” Karan further teased him, suggesting they were in a “situationship,” to which Aditya humorously agreed, calling himself “quite joyous.” When asked about Ananya, Aditya expressed that she brought him “pure joy” and described her as synonymous with happiness and bliss.
