JS Bank, one of the fastest-growing banks in Pakistan, has partnered with the Bank of Khyber (BoK) to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding homes remittance market in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
BoK is known for its strong regional presence, strong brand equity, and the largest number of cash payout locations for home remittance customers through its branch network and sub-agents across the province.

Improving digital banking for overseas Pakistanis
Earlier, JS Bank joined the State Bank of Pakistan’s Roshan Digital Account (RDA) initiative, which allows non-resident Pakistanis to open their bank accounts digitally.
In a meeting held at the State Bank of Pakistan and attended by the Presidents of all the banks offering RDA, Basir Shamsie, President – JS Bank shared his vision with Dr. Reza Baqir, former Governor of State Bank of Pakistan, for how JS Roshan Digital Account will benefit overseas Pakistanis by providing them access to saving schemes and investment opportunities in the country.

JS Bank was also the first bank in the Pakistani financial industry that allowed customers to open RDA accounts via WhatsApp, enabling unmatched ease and convenience for users. This platform is in addition to traditional onboarding channels, including JS Mobile and the JS Bank Website.
