Noor Bukhari quits entertainment industry and starts a new life

Noor Bukhari, famous Lollywood actress and once a popular morning show host has decided to quit the entertainment industry. She announced this decision after declaring herself emotionally devastated from the dissolution of her fourth marriage.

However, 34-year old was recently spotted in Hijab. After which she officially confirmed the media her decision. “I think I am lucky to be on this path. I truly believe that you don’t choose to be close to Allah but that He chooses you. I am grateful I was chosen.”

In her formal announcement, the actress said she will not be doing any more films and television dramas. The actress in her message also reaffirmed that she has now embarked on her spiritual journey.

“I was going through a time which was laced with emotional trauma and other hardships that I don’t want to think about,”

“I have detached myself from all the ongoing projects and will not be taking further part in them.”

The fans and followers are surprised by actor’s decision since the actor was at the pinnacle of her success in her career. Noor Bukhari married singer Wali Hamid Ali Khan in 2015. The singer is a son of the famous singer Ustad Hamid Ali Khan. Unfortunately, marriage could not survive. The couple parted their ways in March 2017.

Though no apparent reasons surfaced for the divorce, few sources claims, the discontentment of the boy’s family was the reason behind the feud. It is further said that the brothers and the family of Wali Hamid Ali Khan, were not happy with their marriage since they disapproved Bukhari’s lifestyle.

Noor Bukhari started her career from Lollywood film industry in the 2000s. Few of her notable works include “Mujhay Chand Chahiye”, “Billi” and “Ghar Kab Aoge”. In her latest release, “Ishq Positive” she featured along with her ex-husband, Wali Hamid Ali Khan. Her ex-husband has wished her as well.

In future, she says, she is willing to attend only religious programmes. She also mentioned that she is willing to learn about how to practically live Islam in her day to day life. Noor, however, has been condemned for not completing her ‘iddat’ after her divorce from Wali Hamid Ali Khan.
