Pak Army cadet declared best foreign national cadet in Australia

Pakistan Army cadet, Muhammad Haris Mairaj, has been declared the overall best foreign national military cadet by RMC Australia.

Pakistan Army cadet, Muhammad Haris Mairaj, has been declared the overall best foreign national military cadet by RMC Australia. A passing out parade held at Royal Military College Duntroon, Australia on December 2nd that awarded with Pakistani cadet with the accolade. The ISPR shared the news with the citizens in a tweet on Wednesday.

“Cadet Muhammad Haris Mairaj, Pak Army declared overall best foreign national Military Cadet @ passing out parade held @ Royal Military College, Duntroon, Australia today. This is a testament to the highest training standards of dedicated & committed Junior leadership of Pak Army,” wrote ISPR in a tweet. DG ISPR also shared the video of the passing out parade on the official Twitter account. The ISPR’s tweet received immense reaction on social media.

Last month, the RMC had organized a special memorial service to pay tribute to the martyred Pakistani officer, Lieutenant Nasir Hussain, who was also a graduate of the same military college.

The representatives of Pakistan and Australian armies had paid a heartfelt tribute to the Lt. Nasir Hussain who embraced martyrdom in an IED blast on September 3rd.

The young and talented cadets like Muhammad Haris Mairaj promotes the soft image of Pakistan globally. Not just on the battleground but Pakistan Army is making efforts in various arenas to bolster the country’s positive image.

Earlier, ISPR had announced a short film festival on 16th November 2020, to promote the positive image of Pakistan globally. The film festival is named, National Amateur Short Film Festival that is inviting nascent filmmakers from across Pakistan to submit their unique, engaging, and interesting videos for the competition.

ISPR has released two promotional videos for the competition on its official YouTube channel. The videos feature notable Pakistani celebrities including Humayun Saeed, Mahira Khan, Farhan Saeed, and Bilal Abbas.

ISPR has nominated esteemed artists: Mahira Khan, Hamayun Saeed, Farhan Saeed, Iqra Aziz, Zara Noor Abbas, Wahaj Ali, Bilal Abbas Khan, Mashal Khan, Qasim Khan (Alpha Bravo Charlie), and Ayub Khoso, as its brand ambassadors for the project who will communicate the message of the festival all over Pakistan, read a statement on ISPR channel.
