Peshawar Zalmi scores-Esra Bilgic officially joins the PSL franchise

Turkish actress Esra Bilgic has officially joined Peshawar Zalmi announced Javed Afridi on social media on Friday.

Afridi shared a picture of Bilgic dressed in the jersey of Zalmi on Twitter and Instagram. “WELCOME ESRA BILGIC @esbilgic TO THE ZALMI FAMILY,” said Afridi on Twitter. The franchise also released the electric anthem of this year featuring, Mahira Khan, Esra Bilgic, Ali Rehman, Hania Amir, Abdullah Siddique ft. Altamash Server.

The song features not just one but all four brand ambassadors of Peshawar Zalmi this year. The song has been released on the official YouTube channel of Peshawar Zalmi on Friday night. It also features players Shoaib Malik, Kamran Akmal, Wahab Riaz, and Umaid Asif.

The song begins with Hania Amir and then appears Wahab Riaz. Cricketers Shoaib Malik and Kamran Akmal are seen doing some tough moves in the song. The anthem titled, ‘Kingdom’ is unique to the previous songs produced by the franchise in that it follows a dark theme with the electric genre of music.

On Wednesday, Afridi had shared a snap of live chat with Esra Bilgic. He posted a snapshot of interacting with the Turkish actress Esra Bilgic on Instagram last night.

The picture drew immense attention from social media users who are still anticipating what Afridi is planning with Bilgic in regards to his franchise. Fans asked him if the interaction with Bilgic was related to any upcoming plan for Peshawar Zalmi. A few users commented that it was a regular chat with her.

A score of his followers outpoured love and appreciation for Afridi and Bilgic on Twitter despite uncertainty surrounding Bilgic’s connection with Javed Afridi and Peshawar Zalmi.

Whereas, the Pakistan Super League 6 is about to start on Saturday evening with an opening ceremony shot in Istanbul Turkey. The defending champions Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators will play their first match today in Karachi’s National Stadium.
