The model was detained at the Lahore Airport earlier this year, and since then has been under detention as investigations were underway. The model was arrested for smuggling eight kilograms of heroin at Lahore Airport.

She wore a pair of dark blue trousers, a white printed shirt, a red jacket, and a matching red dupatta draped around the neck. She also donned black sunglasses as Police escorted her to the courtroom in Lahore. People, however, were quick to liken the fuss over her appearance with that of model Ayan Ali back in 2015.

According to a local TV channel on Saturday, the trial was nearing its end after all the witnesses had recorded their statement when the public prosecutor filed an application for amendment in challan. The judge has accepted the plea and now the trial may take one more month to complete.

The 21-year old model was arrested at Lahore Airport for trying to smuggling heroin to Abu Dhabi, in January 2018. She was on three-month family visit visa to Pakistan. Soon after the arrest her pictures with the Customs and FIA officials went viral on social media. The model was seen posing for pictures with the Pakistani officials.

The officials, however, were criticized on social media for showing desperateness for the beautiful model.

Pakistani model Ayan was also arrested in currency smuggling case back in 2015. She was released after being imprisoned for more than a year. Time will tell whether the Czech Republic model Tereza will be detained or be sent back to her country.
