Sasta Wala Iron Man: Twitter Loses It Over Chunkey Pandey’s Comparison To Tony Stark

The Twitteratis trolled father-daughter duo after Ananya drew a bizarre comparison between Hollywood's sweetheart character Tony Stark played by RDJ and Chunkey Pandey in the latest picture.

Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey got trolled on social media for comparing father, Chunkey Panday, with Marvel’s Cinematic Universe’s most beloved superhero Iron Man aka Tony Stark.

On Wednesday, Ananya posted the picture and captioned it as “Posing with Tony Stark and the hottest principal EVER!!! Thank you for having us, Farah Khan.”

In the photo, Chunkey can be seen sporting similar glasses and beard like that of Tony Stark. The picture has Ananya Pandey, Chunkey Pandey, and Farah Khan in it, taken on Khan’s show ‘Back Benchers‘.



Soon after Ananya shared the photo, Bollywood celebs rushed to the comment section to praise it. “Omg same tony stark,” wrote Ananya’s Pati Patni Aur Woh costar Bhumi Pednekar. Whereas, Chunky wrote, “Ha ha ha Tony Stark and #irongirls. congratulations @ananyapanday for winning tonight (sic).”

Chunkey and Farah too shared the picture on their social media accounts.

While Ananya Pandey wanted to express admiration for her father the Twitter was amused with Pandey’s comparison between Chunkey and Tony Stark. Not only Twitteratis gone bonkers but also responded to Ananya’s tweet with hilarious responses.


One Twitter user wrote: “Thank god Tony died before seeing this.” Some wrote, “Thank God Tony Stark is not alive to see this”, whereas some have posted dead Tony Stark images, confusion GIFS, and many more. All those who don’t know, in the last franchise of Avengers, i.e Avengers: Endgame, Tony Stark aka Iron Man dies at the end saving the world from Thanos.

Amid all the controversy on social media, Ananya Pandey is set to appear in an upcoming movie ‘Pati Patni aur Woh’ alongside Bhumi Pedneker and Kartik Aryan.

The film is an adaptation to 1978’s hit of the same name starring Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, and Ranjeet Kaur. While the name of the movies coincides, director Mudassir Aziz asserted it’s a humble tribute to the movie.
