Pakistani scholars Tariq Jameel, Taqi Usmani included in the list of World’s 500 Most Influential Muslims 2024 by the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre (RISSC), based in Jordan.
This prestigious compilation highlights individuals from the global Muslim community who wield significant influence among their fellow Muslims.
Prominent figures from Pakistan have secured places on this exclusive list, including renowned Islamic scholars Mufti Taqi Usmani, Tariq Jameel, and Ilyas Qadri. Maulana Nazir ur Rehman, the Amir of Tableeghi Jamat, and Sheikh Ilyas Qadri, a leader in the Dawat e Islami movement, were also recognized for their substantial contributions to the Islamic world.
The list transcends national boundaries, acknowledging figures such as Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, and Egyptian football sensation Mohamed Salah, all of whom have left a lasting mark on the global Muslim community.
