WATCH: Bilawal Bhutto owns, explains ‘Kanpain Tang Rahi Hain’

Following PPP’s march in Islamabad, a video of Bilawal Bhutto went viral on social media in which he allegedly had a slip of the tongue. However, Bilawal Bhutto has now explained the meaning of ‘Kanpain Tang Rahi Hain’ in an interview.

In a new viral video, Bilawal Bhutto seems to be accepting his recent faux pass ‘Kanpain Tang Rahi Hain’. In an interview with journalist Hamid Mir, he said he owns his words that he said in a public rally. Bhutto also explained the meaning of ‘Kanpain Tang Rahi Hain’ in the interview.

Following the PPP’s march in Islamabad, a video of Bilawal Bhutto went viral on social media in which he allegedly had a slip of the tongue, saying ‘Kanpain Tang Rahi Hain’ (Legs are shivering). He actually meant to say ‘Islamabad mai Tangain Kanp Rahi Hain’ (Legs are shivering in Islamabad). He said it while mocking the present government of PTI.

“PTI is an expert of propaganda and manipulating videos, this video is also manipulated, after watching this clip I also assumed as it was my slip of the tongue but there was nothing like that in the original video the one I watched on Geo TV,” he said while offering an explanation.

Kaanpain taang rahe hain: Next stage of fear

Bilawal added that before PPP started the march, PM Imran Khan’s legs were shivering which resulted in the lowering of petrol prices. Bilawal further added that “after we reached Islamabad, due to masses’ pressure and PPP’s march fright, Prime Minister’s feeling changed from ‘tangen kanp rahi hain’ to ‘Kanpen tang rahi hain.’

He said, “we have also seen the foul language that Prime Minister started using in public gatherings after our march towards Islamabad, which is proof that he [PM] is scared of PPP’s long march.

“Therefore, this is the next stage of fear which is called ‘Kanpen tang rahi hain’,” Bilawal added further.

According to social media users, his explanation is not making any sense to them. Also its too late to offer an explanation. His video, however, became a social media trend as internet users posted hilarious memes.
